We gather income documents and bank statements up front to provide your buyers with real preapprovals, not worthless prequalifications. Sellers are smarter than ever these days. They know the difference between a preapproval and a prequalification. We make sure we make the seller and their agent know that your clients are truly well-qualified to purchase their listing.
